We are looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst with a minimum of 3 years support experience to join this high performing team. The role will consist of a mixture of BAU and project work and requires someone with a high attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
You will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience providing level 2 technical support to financial and business applications, CRM and/or inventory management. A good understanding across all Microsoft Office Applications is also required. We require a candidate with an excellent level of technical aptitude and the ability to familiarise themselves with applications quickly.
It goes without saying that you will have excellent communication skills (both written and oral), a strong customer service ethic and will be a real team player. This is a team that places great emphasis on their relationship with their users, we require a candidate who has a similar commitment to excellent customer interaction.
