This is your opportunity to lead acomplex change programme across a large government agency and interact with other agencies.
Thisrole is not a traditional project managementrole in that you will be hands on in the delivery and management of change while also managing the project. This means working alongside staff, running workshops, developing strategy, and designing new processes.
You will likely have an operational background and have managed significant change in a public sector setting. You will understand how systems and processes work, where improvement can be made, how to implement change,and how to influence current behaviours.
You will also be an experienced project manager familiar with formal project methodologies and therefore able to establish governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks.
This is a fixed term position for at least 12 months and potentially longer.
