This is a rare opportunity where you will be able to play a key role and really make a difference. In addition to supporting the inbound team you will have outbound responsibilities, calling existing policy holders prior to renewal. To be successful in this role you will need a professional telephone manner, a strong customer services background and a positive attitude to work. You will enjoy working in a small and sociable team environment and thrive on a challenge.
