The State Business Insurance Team look after insurance for Small to Medium sized businesses. Do you have what it takes to build instant rapport with owner operators?
In this role you will be a specialist, primarily responsible for providing a high level of customer service to new and existing customers. You will confidently identify sales opportunities to meet revenue growth targets, ensure customer enquiries are resolved to their complete satisfaction and identify gaps for our existing customers by having value add conversations with them.
If you have a proven sales history, and are someone with a mature approach, who boasts initiative and is able to pick up information quickly, this role could very well be your next career move. You will need extensive customer service and sales experience, its all about getting to know your customers and often you only get one shot!
Exposure to a call centre environment, insurance knowledge or qualifications and experience owning your own business would all be an advantage to your application.
Operating hours are Monday – Friday 8 am – 6 pm, your rostered shift will fall between these hours.
