Kidicorp is a New Zealand owned organisation, operating over 100 Education and Care Centre throughout New Zealand. We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our operations team based in Manukau. Reporting to the Regional Manager and working as part of the wider National HR Team, this is a busy role supporting over 30 centres across the top of the North Island on a fixed term contract for approximately 8 months. The role is a blend of recruitment and HR functions, managing permanent recruitment for our centres, operating a pool of casual employees as well as providing managers with comprehensive yet practical HR advice on a daily basis. Youll have well honed employee relations skills and be effective in your ability to influence managers to assist them to make good people and business decisions. Known as a can do person, you go the extra mile, are pragmatic in your approach and team work is one of your key strengths. Youll also have solid HR generalist experience, with a strong recruitment focus and be skilled at working to deadlines and quick to learn.The role is a full time, fixed term position covering Maternity Leave from Sept 2011 through to end of April 2012 (8 months).
