Coordinator – Recruitment Human ResourcesFixed term until September 201240 hours per weekPosition No. 51108-50139We require a positive, friendly and customer focused person to join our centralised recruitment service. In this position you will:provide advice and coordinate recruitment activities for an assigned client group within the DHBensure legislative and organisational policy requirements are metassist with the development of recruitment processestake responsibility for specific projects and portfolios within the teamTo be successful you will need:recent work experience in an HR or recruitment role and an understanding of employment related legislationdemonstrated administrative, organisational skills, and attention to detailthe ability to work autonomously, and as part of a teamto be able to develop and maintain working relationships with a wide range of peoplehigh levels of tact and diplomacy along with absolute discretion and confidentialityThis is a fixed term position to assist an increased workload within the team, while a sustainable solution is found.
