This new agency are looking for self-starter with a great attitude to support their Business Innovation and Investment Group with their business planning and reporting, as well as undertake analysis around the performance of business investments.

Being a new role, there is lots of scope for you to take this opportunity and show what you are made of. Youll be involved in the set-up of the majority of processes and procedures for this area of the business.

You will be tracking and monitoring performance, as well as collecting and analysing both qualitative and quantitative data and using this information to identify and map trends, risks and issues. Your work will then help the Group make informed decisions about investments, which in turn will allow them to achieve their goals.

You will need to have the ability to take a step back and look at the bigger picture, how everything links together and working out a way forward. Ideally, you will have an understanding of the machinery of government and experience using Cognos, however this is not essential.
