A leader in their field and the owner of the National Grid, this organisation is dedicated to meet New Zealands needs. They have an immediate need for a switched on administrator who has very strong people skills, coordination skills and an affinity with numbers.

A varied role your typical duties might include; travel bookings, meeting coordination, intranet updates, mail merges, recruitment administration, accounts and payroll. A quarter of the role is payroll and accounts and the other three quarters are administration and support.

To be successful in this position you must have solid experience in a group administrator or personal assistant position, intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience using the MS suite, excellent communication skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.

Initially this assignment will be for 3 months and there is a strong possibility it will extend a further 3 months. Experience in HR Administration or Payroll will be an advantage.
