We are looking for a senior customer services / administrator to join a leading supplier of food ingredients based in Penrose.

This is a challenging and busy role where your key responsibility will be to service an allocated portfolio of customers and ensure that you provide outstanding customer service.

Your other duties will include:

  • Administration
  • Processing customer orders
  • Data Entry of Accounts Payable entries
  • Managing and updating in-house systems
  • Reporting and managing stock

The ideal applicant will have atleast 5 years customer services & administration experience. This role will suit a senior customer services / office administrator who can use initiative, is proactive and most importantly has excellent communication skills.

Nav experience along with experience within the food industry will be ideal but not essential.
