Suncorp Life New Zealand is a key business in the Suncorp Group which is one of the largest financial service providers in Australasia with around 9 million customers and more than $28 billion funds under management. We are a life insurance specialist providing life and income protection services to clients across New Zealand under the well respected brands of Asteron Life and AA Life.
This new role will play an important part in helping the Chief Risk Office drive a culture that establishes risk management as a foundation as to how Suncorp Life NZ does business. Key accountabilities in this varied position include Risk Management and Reporting, Compliance and Change Management.
The successful applicant will have:
1 – 2 years experience in the finance industry;
The ability to work with management on commercial solutions;
A strong desire to learn about risk and compliance issues;
A customer service orientation; and
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
