New Zealand Post operates one of the largest Store Networks in New Zealand and a unique opportunity has come up to join our business in the role of Solutions and Services Integration Manager.

The Change Manager is responsible for developing and implementing change processes that support our frontline leaders and teams in their execution of sales and service excellence. Leading a team of project managers and business analysts, this role is integral to ensuring the effective cross network rollout of projects, trials, campaigns and business initiatives through Store Network channel. It is imperative that the successful integration and execution of change becomes a smooth and effortless practice that is reliable, repeatable and sustainable. Delivering agility on a day-to-day basis in a way which ensures we meet and exceed expectations and the needs of our customers as well as driving revenue growth.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant tertiary qualification and ideally a formal accreditation in project management. You will have five or more years project/programme management experience which includes both people and technical aspects of change. Ideally this will be within the financial, retail or telecommunications industries. You will demonstrate a customer focussed ethos, an ability to balance competing priorities and be a proven influencer of internal partners. Your strong conceptual and business thinking, commercial nous and superior oral and written communication skills will be essential in this role.
