Business Services Consulting is a new team developed to deliver strategic people change to drive ANZ's business success. We are a strategic consulting function that focuses on partnering with the business to deliver transformational people change.
An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a Business Consultant to join our newly createdAuckland or Wellingtonteam.
As a Business Services Consultant you will support the business in delivering a variety of projects typically focused on improving efficiency, productivity, employee engagement and customer satisfaction.
This is a unique opportunity where you can work alongside experienced senior consultants on large scale strategic change, whilst leading your own smaller scale projects. We are looking for a person who:
- Has 1-2 years experience working in a consulting environment, preferably in a professional services firm
- Solid generalist HR experience and proven success in delivering a variety of initiatives
- Is able to demonstrate proven stakeholder relationship management and influencing
- Can identify opportunities where to add value to the client's business
- Has project management experience – beginner to intermediate level
You will be comfortable working with a high level of ambiguity and be able to provide pragmatic solutions in an environment of ongoing transformation. You will also be able to work autonomously and have the ability to hit the ground running.
Strong communication and consulting skills will be essential in ensuring that business needs are met.
