Are you an HR Adviser or HR Consultant looking for a change?
Here at Global we are accepting registrations of interest from HR Professionals with Generalist Advisory or senior level Consulting experience who are based in Auckland.
We are working with several private sector clients.
Junior HR Consultants
For these positions you will have the following experience:
- 3-4 years’ experience in an HR Adviser role with a generalist focus.
- Experience assisting with or leading restructures.
- The ability to manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- A good understanding of General HR practice including employment relations.
- Experience with health & safety best practice.
You will be tertiary qualified with a Degree in Human Resources or in a related field.
