This ideal candidate will be able to evidence:-> 3+ years of designing and developing large scale web-based applications.-> Experience implementing, up-grading and maintaining web sites-> Experience with Internet application architecture, protocolsTechnical requirements include:-> Strong knowledge of .NET based technologies.-> Web Development technologies expertise – HTML, JavaScript, CSS.-> Strong database knowledge – SQL Server or MySQL-> Solid documentation skills including proposals and specifications.And ideally have:-> HTTP/ MVC frameworks experienceThe talented ASP.Net developer be:-> Fast learner, ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment -> Strong problem solving skills, getting things done without reinventing the wheel-> Comfortable mentoring other developers in new technologies.-> A team player yet able to work independently, -> Both organised and very creative.
