This is a permanent, full time position based in the Hutt for an innovative and hands on Sales and Marketing Manager.
Working for a national retailer,you will lead theongoing success and growth of the online capacity of the business.
Working across the total online sales process you will:
- Set up and execute marketing strategy
- Design/manage online user experience
- Implement monthly sales and loyalty programmes
- Manage a small, dedicated team
- Set sales/marketing budgets with CEO
- Liaise with media, designers and across various internal departments
- Produce daily/monthly sales reports

Solid online marketing andIT experience are crucial to your success in this role. You will have aproven ability to meet budgets and ideally be familiar with managing a business unit.
