They design and powdercoat aluminium extrusions, then distribute the metal with associated hardware and components to their network of fabricators throughout New Zealand, for final manufacture, assembly and installation. This role will see you dealing with all areas of the business under the two categories of Payroll and Human Resources. This exciting role: will have you involved with Performance Management, Employment Relations, Health and Safety, Engagement, Recruitment and Induction, Culture, Payroll, Reporting and more. You will report directly and work closely with the HR Manager to successfully execute your functions. Your Experience: will need to include knowledge of employment related laws and the impact they have on employment practices, experience or exposure in running a disciplinary process, general understanding of OSH requirements and recruitment experience. Prior Payroll experience is certainly a must, (preferably in IMS) and a working knowledge of related payroll legislation and compliance is essential.You will be able to demonstrate:High level of Initiative.Deadline driven.Exceptional attention to detail.Great time management and prioritisation skills.Firm but Fair approach.Excellent communication at all levels.Accountable and credible with a down to earth approach.Based in their modern offices in Mt Wellington, they will offer you a mentally challenging but relaxed work environment.
