Intergen is a leading implementer of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in New Zealand and Australia. We require an Intermediate Consultant to join our Dynamics Practice with experience in delivering top qualityCRM/xRM solutions.
Our focus is on delivering business value in our solutions and we work closely with Microsoft to ensure we have the best possible understanding of their technologies and directions.
In this role you will be involved in:
- Engaging with clients to understand their requirements and designing clear workable solutions
- Working alongside technical resources to build and implement Microsoft CRM solutions including interactions with other systems
- Managing project tasks and timelines, resolving issues and interacting with the client to ensure project success
- Providing on-going technical and process support to existing clients
- Working closely with the CRM team on a local and national level
If you have at least 2 years experience in CRM and have worked on a variety of CRM projects then we want to hear from you
Preferably you will have the following skills and attributes:
- Strong customer-facing business analysis skills
- Experience of delivering CRM solutions (preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM) on premise and in the cloud
- Detailed knowledge of sales, marketing and service CRM processes
- Experience in designing and delivering xRM solutions
- An understanding of data migration, systems integration, database structures and reporting
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Enjoy working in a team and learning from others
- The desire to go the extra mile to exceed client expectations
