ELECTROPAR PLP is the leading Supplier of Power Fittings and Systems within New Zealand and Australia. Due to an internal restructure, we are currently accepting applications for the position of WELDING SUPERVISOR, to lead our Fabrication Department.
Electropar PLP requires a highly skilled welding supervisor who has excellent technical and practical experience within a busy Fabrication Department and can provide qualifications to match. Complete technical knowledge of AS/NZS 1665 is essential, as is the ability to manage a team of welders and welders mates to achieve on time delivery with quality results for our local and international customers.
The position will best suit a person with experience in Welding Certification and previous coal face leadership experience in a busy welding environment.

Ability to Develop Standard Operating Procedures
Experience in Lean Manufacturing
Job Scheduling / Capacity Planning
Strong in Cost Control
At Least 7 Years Experience of Welding Aluminium.
