You’ll have excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with our community support workers, service users and their families. You’ll lead a team of community support workers, organise staff orientation and induction, coach and mentor staff, ensure systems and processes are implemented as per policy and audit requirements.
You have strong planning skills and the ability to translate the big picture into a business plan. And as an experienced support person, you’ll be a respected coach and mentor to your staff.
