At the moment we’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our motivated and friendly team at Crowne Plaza Auckland (352 rooms, 1 restaurant & bar and 10 meeting rooms). You’ll be an enthusiastic, confident and innovative person who likes to work as part of a team.
Ideally you’ll have previous experience in a supervisory level or be a Chef de Partie looking for that next step. You will have experience in delivering a high level of food quality consistently within a banqueting environment and you are HACCP qualified.
