Does the satisfaction of helping staff achieve improved outcomes push your buttons? Well, we’ve got the right opportunity for you heading up our Debt Management Unit in our new offices in Wellington.
You will be experienced in strategic thinking and you have proven abilities to lead through others. Well accustomed and experienced with change management through leading large teams. Operational effectiveness is a key focus, managing performance with clear team objectives and direction.
You’ll be responsible for helping staff achieve their full potential, by providing leadership and coaching to create a high performing, best practice, collections team. In this leadership role you’ll be developing initiatives to manage strategies and work-flow processes, identifying and implementing improvements to ensure the unit’s performance is in line with expected targets and customer expectations are exceeded.
You will be self managing and resilient with an attitude for success.
