We are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director and consulting teams of our growing Trans-Tasman Management Consulting practice specialising in the local government sector. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of attention to detail, and experience in travel, event co-ordination, meeting and diary management and document formatting.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience managing executive diaries, meetings, and co-ordinating events.
- Relationship management with clients (external) and staff (internal)
- Excellent attention to detail (including proof reading, English grammar and formatting)
- General Administration (including minutes, reconciliations, filing and archiving)
- Managing supplier relationships (IT providers, travel providers, office supplies, etc)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word(especiallyin formatting long documents)
- Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint
- The flexibility to work within a small team environment and fill in as required (i.e. answer phones, order stationary, assist with invoicing, etc).
- Initiative, maturity, patience, and a down to earth can do attitude are essentialattributes for this role
