An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Payroll/Creditors clerk to join our proficient Administration Team!

We seek individuals who possess the following skills & attributes:
  • Able to process weekly payroll for a large number of wage & salaried staff
  • Minimum of two years payroll experience, preferably using an integrated Payroll system
  • Experience in Leader Payroll system is an advantage
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office , particularly excel
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, combined with excellent data entry skills and confidentiality
  • Understanding of legislation i.e. tax acts, holidays act, employment relations act
  • Experience in Creditor reconciliation & associated reports
  • Communication transparently and effectively
  • Undertake general additional administration duties
  • Works well as part of a team or autonomously
  • Understands and can apply the Higgins Values
Full training will be provided for the right person. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a stable work history. You must be eligible to work in New Zealand and have a current clean drivers licence. Higgins Contractors is committed to providing a safe & drug free workplace.
