We have a fixed term position available through to the end of January to help during process implementation projects. You must be experienced in processing high volumes of transactions ; and have a strong background throughout the entire accounts payable process including invoice processing; supplier reconciliations; query investigation, management and resolution. You will be responsible for ensuring all invoices are coded, authorised, processed and paid in a timely and accurate manner; and all supporting functions such as accruals, journals and reconciliations are completed effectively.
As well as your Accounts payable experience you will have excellent administrative and communication skills and have the ability to maintain attention and detail in a fast-paced environment. You will be a great problem solver and identify challenges to opportunities to deliver new concepts and procedures.
