Main responsibilities will include but wont end with this list:Changing this business – this is a change manager role with an impact: changing and establishing fundamental processes around test management, test strategy, project strategy, build, design and delivering, the tools and much more!Setting a clear and effective test strategy and the follow thru plan and executing itEstablishing a good rapport with the existing testing team of 8 and leading them by example – elevating the team spirit, help them become highest achievers and see their career take offChanging and establishing the processes and practices across the team and the teams and working collaboratively with the Development Manager towards successLeveraging automation and the leading build tools and approaches to optimise software releasesYour CV has the evidence of the following:10+ years experience around testing and test management within software development environments, ideally large-scale product development solutions5+ years in team management including full HR responsibilitiesExperience in setting and implementing sound test strategiesSound hands-on experience and most importantly – the willingness to make a change, the change for the betterAn ability to embrace challenges and to be working in a changing, transitioning environment and keeping your spirits up and your team motivated and inspiredA great understanding of working in an Agile environmentA humble, enthusiastic approach to mentoring, motivating and sharing knowledge and a fantastic attitude!
