Company profile:
This consultancy is the largest and most successful Microsoft Dynamics AX partner in New Zealand. Theyve been offering Microsoft products since 2001, and during this time they have implemented and supported over over half of all the current Dynamics AX sites.Role snapshot:As a BI Reporting Consultant, you will be responsible for the provision of BI consulting services to the companys customers, particularly regarding Performance Management, Reporting and Analysis and Data Warehouse services.
  • You will be a technical expert within the BI team, particularly regarding provision of SQL Server solutions to customers (Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence infrastructure, including Integration Services, Analysis Services and Reporting Services, and SharePoint)
  • Prior experience with cube development using Microsoft Analysis Services mandatory
  • You will participate as a member of the team in providing AX implementation and support services to the companys customers, particularly around BI and SharePoint
  • Prior experience with Dynamics AX and/or other ERP solutions preferred
  • You will assist in providing pre sales support to customers, as required

Your fit and qualifications required:

  • MCITP: Business Intelligence Developer 2008 comprising the following exams: 70-448 Microsoft SQL Server 2008, Business Intelligence Development and Maintenance (Level I) and 70-452 Designing a Business Intelligence Infrastructure Using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 (Level II)
  • Dynamics AX knowledge advantageous
  • SharePoint knowledge advantageous
