The Role:

Managing and delivering data management projects for this enterprise client. Setting the standards for data quality and data standards you will have the opportunity to implement best practices at enterprise level.

  • The Skills required:
  • Knowledge of industry and customers data standards and architectures
  • Expert knowledge in Data Analysis, Data Migration, Data Modeling, Data Integration, Data Warehousing and Database Design
  • Thorough knowledge of design and integration principles for complex, heterogeneous databases
  • Ability to effectively diagnose, isolate and resolve complex problems pertaining to data infrastructure
  • Ability to evaluate and make recommendations regarding data integrity
  • Ability to abstract general principles from specifics.
  • A strong desire to establish standards and best practices at enterprise level
  • Recognition of the value of Data Architecture Design Patterns
  • Ability to develop methods of ensuring data incompatibilities among systems are systematically eliminated
  • Ability to estimate and project database resource requirements including personnel, software, equipment and facilities.
  • Ability to translate complex technical terminology, concepts and issues in terms of understandable to technical and non-technical management and resource staff
  • Strong interpersonal skill to resolve problems in a professional manner, lead working groups, negotiate and create consensus
