One of the foremost educational institutes of New Zealand equipping their students with a cutting edge Web portal technology based on the enterprise MOSS/Sharepoint platform. Highly integrated with a full suite of applications accessible externally/internally to thousands of users and built on the most modern, robust platform. This will be a project to shadow most other MOSS development and implementations nationwide.
Role snapshot:
A pivotal role for the business you’ll bring proven MOSS experience across both the development of software within Sharepoint as well as manipulation and implementation of the core suite. Initially the scope of the projects will be to integrate with multiple incumbent apps and provide a portal for single sign-on of students and staff alike. Here you’ll design, code and implement a benchmark system for the entire institution.
Your fit:
Combining robust software development Agile-style skills with MOSS/Sharepoint capabilities and C#/ASP.Net you’ll come with a variety of capabilities to work across this important project. Given relatively free reign, you’ll work closely with the Solutions Architect on design for this flagship project.
