At Rehab Plus, we offer inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services to working age adults (16-65yrs) throughout the Auckland region. We work in a rehabilitation environment focused on patient centered care and best possible outcomes. In this role, you will use your full range of clinical skills in a rewarding specialty, working within an interdisciplinary model of care.

We are currently seeking a qualified Speech and Language Therapist for a fixed term, full time role that will be covering maternity leave starting approximately September this year for up to 12 months.

This position offers the opportunity to provide high quality intensive speech language therapy services to adult patients and their families. You will be working with people with acquired communication and swallowing disorders, such as post stroke.

You will be responsible for supporting and developing a team of Speech language Therapists working in inpatients and Outpatients. This includes caseload co-ordination, clinical supervision and service development. You'll have leadership qualities, an understanding of current health issues as well as several years' clinical experience.
Working in an interdisciplinary team, you will have a recognised professional qualification in Speech Language Therapy and be eligible for NZSTA membership.
