As an energy consultant you will compare better energy deals & facilitate the switch for the customer over the phone.
We require a mixture of data entry with both inbound and outbound calls. The outbound is calling customers back who are expecting a call back after leaving their information on our website. We guarantee NO COLD CALLING!!!!

The ability to achieve daily KPIs & sales conversion
Our location is Auckland CBD with a pay rate of $15 per hour. We have a generous & achievable commissions structure as well as reward and recognition incentive. Importantly with the growth of our call centre we have plenty of opportunity for you to develop a long standing career.
Our hours of operation are 10am to 10:30pm Monday to Friday, 11am 7pm Saturdays & 12pm to 8pm Sundays. So flexibility is required.
