The successful candidate will be from the Project and Program Management background in the IT and consultancy industry wherein they have knowledge of implementing software solutions for IT Services. You must have the personal stature and judgment to gain the confidence of clients, 3rd party vendors and colleagues at all levels in their respective organisations, coupled with the ability and conviction to influence and persuade. Candidates who have successfully delivered at least two Application / System Change / transformation programs in last 7 years only need to apply. Experienced in Application Transformation engagement ( involving Application re-architecture, change of Technology platform) in Microsoft Technologies

Consulting, Influencing and guidance to customer team involving Business users, Client Architecture team , Client Program management team , organization change management team

Good communicator with Clients team, 3rd party vendor, internal team.

Setting joint goals with Infrastructure vendor, a dependent for success of this engagement.

Build trust with CIO & senior management, to showcase success of this program to Business

Stakeholders management

Leadership to make this transformation program a success, to meet Outsourcing objective of the client.

Must have delivered at least two large scale technology driven transformation programs of individual values exceeding 20Mil USD, in countries like UK, USA, Australia , Canada, Singapore,

Hands on Program Management skills
DUTIES, SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Proven track record in senior executive program lead across large and complex ICT programs, portfolios and organizational change and transformation programs through Technology, inclusive of; ITIL, Service Orientated Architecture (SOA) IT Service Management, Best Practices & CMM.

Strong understanding of the stakeholder relationship between all Business and Operational needs, through the development and execution of agreed change and program management plans

Experience in introducing transformational change in application usage, using new Technologies and applications. Ability to coach, mentor and train others in change and transition management.

Prior proven experience in customer co-located onsite and remote offshore delivery models and leads and motivate the team to excel.

Proven track record in successfully delivering to Rapid Application Development (RAD) or more specifically AGILE methodologies.

Large program Risk Management experience for identification, managing and communicating risks.

This is a hands-on job and the potential candidate must be an active practitioner capable of creating programme management framework specific to the programme under his/her control on his/her own. This is not an Account director position.
Qualification and Experience:

Have significant program management, PMO, Portfolio Management and Application Life Cycle Management experience

Prince2 or PMI project management methodology and MSP (Managing Successful Programs) program management methodology experience.

Should have exposure to multi cultural environment and transformational programs. Enterprising and able to demonstrate collaborative program leadership
