The available position is in thecustomer services teambased in their newly renovated office in Christchurch.Responsibilities include processing customer orders and enquiries via internal sales as well as supporting the external sales team with processing of documentation related to quotations, urgent orders and information requests.
Ideal candidates will be experienced in dealing with customersand havea strongmechanical or engineering background -those with a qualification or trade experience will be favoured.You will be well organised with a high level of time management skills coupled with accuracy in terms of reporting and administration. Good computer skills in both Word and Excel are a necessity.Excellent communication skills and a customer focused attitude are also important as is a proactive nature and high energy levels.
