This role is focused on ensuring mission critical information services are available and that data integrity is maintained.
You will also support the internal development of
bespoke applications using Oracle Application Express, through database design, code review and implementation activities.
You will bring with you excellent problem solving ability and can assist with server (Linux/Windows) and storage administration and have excellent communication ability across all levels.
You will be experienced in the following:
Oracle Server 11i including use of Data Guard and Streams
MS SQL Server 2005/2008/2010
Windows Server 2008 (incl. Hyper-V environments)
Oracle VM & Oracle Linux
Storage administration preferred
Preferably operational experience with ITIL
Primary focus is on Oracle technology. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server will be high advantageous.
