We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Chipseal Foreman to join our highly successful team based in Hamilton. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Running daily operations on site
- Ordering sealing chip and bitumen supplies
- Coordinating traffic management and subbies
- Taking toolbox meetings
You will have proven leadership experience and enjoy creating a positive working environment. Commitment to service delivery is your strength and you have the ability to deliver to deadline while ensuring the highest quality at all times. Youll have a safety conscious approach which filters through all your team. Your knowledge of Basic Chipseal Practices/Standards will be well utilised. Ideally you will have your STMS level 1. You will have traffic control experience.
