IDEA Services provides support services for people with intellectual disabilities, so they can live, work and enjoy life as part of the community.

If you are outgoing, reliable, hold a full drivers licence, and able to work independently or as part of a team, then we’d like to hear from you.

- Rates between $14.56 and $15.87 based on experience
- Allowances for mileage for split shifts, sleepovers and irregular hours
- A subsidised NZQA qualification
