Are you looking for a rewarding challenge? Do you have previous experience in a Customer Service Phone Support Role?

Your specific duties will include:
  • Providing high quality phone and email support for our range of ‘Lowrance’ brand marine consumer electronics
  • Diagnose installation and operator issues over the phone or by email
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly using our custom CRM system
  • Identify and report recurring problems to the R&D team
  • Run through instructions step by step and diagnose / confirm faults with equipment
  • Develop and maintain workflow processes
  • Be available to attend training and / or boat show type industry events
In order to be successful in this position, you must possess the following;
  • Experience with Lowrance Marine Electronics
  • Excellent communication and trouble shooting skills
  • Customer Focussed Persona
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Basic to Medium level computer skills
  • Time Management skills
  • A keen desire and ability to continuously provide the highest level of customer service.
