The position involves managing a highly skilled team of 25 After Sales personnel employed in the service and parts departments. You will report directly to the Dealer Principal. A strong focus on driving the business forward is required, as is a focus on efficiencies. Ultimately you are responsible for After Sales profitability and ensuring you exceed the extremely high standards required in managing the After Sales department of one of New Zealand’s premier BMW dealerships.
