We are looking for a dynamic and vibrant retail sales person with the motivation to succeed to take sole charge of our Glen Eden branch.
If you are passionate about local community business and have the ability to look outside the square to increase sales then you are just the applicant we are looking for.
The sales position isshowroom based, selling face-to-face toour customers, building rapport, showing empathy, listening to their needs and then selling accordingly.
This is not an order taking role and outstanding communication skills will be the key to success as the post sale process does take time.
It will suit someone who can work independently and take ownership of the position as you will normally be operating in a sole charge position.
You will:
- Be career minded and not just looking for a job.
- Have strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer focus.
- Have a proven track record in sales.
- Have a mature outlook and street-smart attitude.
- Demonstrate a genuine ability to build rapport with our diverse range of customers.
- Work closely with our Operations Mgr. as part of the team.
- Have the ability to work under pressure with a high degree of accuracy.
- Have a really good sense of humour!
We envisage that this role could ideally suit someone who has been successful in selling insurance, real estate or who has sales experience in a big ticket retail showroom environment. Availability to work on Saturday mornings is required.
We are a long established company servicing a very UNIQUE industry. Our name is well established in the marketplace with 5 retail outlets in Auckland & 1 in Tauranga.
Full training will be given on our products and systems.
