As the Clinical Manager you will provide high level clinical leadership and support to all clinical and care staff. Reporting to the General Manager you will have a strong focus on continuous quality improvement in all aspects of care, service delivery, education and staff development. To be successful in this role you will be: New Zealand registered and hold a current APC Experienced in or hold a post graduate qualification in gerontology or managementCurrently at a senior level in aged care and dementia You will be self driven, show initiative and enjoy a collaborative team environment.
