Hospital Oderlies Job at Force, Auckland, Manukau & East Auckland
We are looking for customer focused people who have a reasonable level of fitness to work at Middlemore Hospital as Orderlies.
Your daily tasks will consist of delivering medical messages to all corners of the hospital and this includes blood samples, X-rays and patients to various appointments.
You will be interacting with a variety of hospital staff and at times be involved in high pressure stressful situations so strong customer service skills are required.
Due to the size of the hospital you can be walking upto 30km a day so a reasonable level of fitness is needed. The hospital is operating 24 hours a day 7 days a week and your shift pattern will reflect this. Full training is given and the ability to get to and from Middlemore Hospital in South Auckland is required.
There is no need fora medical background as all types of experiences will be considered. What we do need are those with a proven reliable track record so the references you provide will show this.
