We work in partnership with major international companies and have great success in marketing key international grocery and confectionery brands in all New Zealand channels.We have a vacancy for a Customer Service Manager to join our team. This role will lead from the front, as well as keying orders and processing credit requests you will be responsible for managing the Customer Service Team to ensure a professional and efficient customer service experience is received by our customers at all times.Strong relationship management and experience of customer service in a senior role will be essential, previous FMCG experience and involvement in leading and coaching a team is highly desirable. This is a full time role based in our Longburn offices.
