The newly created role is critical in paving the way forward for significant change in Customer Experience across this large high profile organisation. Building on two ground breaking pieces of international research the roadmap is now in place – it is a matter of execution.With the systems build underway the focus on this role will be ensuring a set of initiatives are delivered in and around operating disciplines and practices e.g. customer promise, delivery standards, end to end sales pipeline, service recovery etc.This role will need to ensure that the programme is business led but kept true to the agreed road map/strategy and ensure areas such as interdependencies, sequencing etc. are managed.The ultimate litmus test is a tangible improvement in customer experience.
The appropriate backgrounds include a person with experience in delivering a like programme for another large organisation. Alternatively, you may have project managed the implementation of a customer relationship management or customer experience system.
