Come and be a part of this business where the team members are busy, committed and rewarded well. This position is a crucial link in the chain youre responsible for processing orders by phone, internet and fax to supply businesses nationwide with their baking product needs.
Its a great role, which will see you building strong working relationships within New Zealand businesses. The majority of the role is dealing with the incoming orders so someone who has a great phone manner, can think on their feet and has had experience with invoicing is key for this role.
There is definitely a good mix of tasks in this role in and as it is a small team who each have their own role within the business, your day is varied, busy and will see you all pitching in together to ensure the clients are happy.
To be a shortlisted contender you will need to possess the majority of the following skills:

Understanding of invoicing process maybe had exposure to MYOB or similar

Have a great phone manner

Like to roll your sleeves up and pitch in

A great sense of humour

Intermediate understanding of MS suite
