The Person
Our existing recruiters have predominantly lived extensive non recruiting careers, coming from occupations as diverse as Law, Accounting, Sales & General Management.
What makes a recruiter successful in this business is leveraging the lessons they have learned in their previous work, including practical business experience, previous hiring/firing work, and prior industry knowledge.
For the recruitment-specific knowledge you do not yet have, Wise Recruitment provides initial and ongoing support, training and professional development – all that you will need to formalise your candidate selection skills.
