We have a reputation for delighting our customers by delivering solutions to the highest standard.Is this you?Stellar is currently looking for talented and motivated Oracle Business Intelligence Consultants to join our team. Our ideal candidate must have a breadth and depth of experience suitable to undertake a variety of assignments within the IT consulting arena. Suitable candidates should have the following skills and qualifications:Technical Experience- Designing Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse solutions and familiarity with best practice design concepts;- Familiarity with Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse Architectures;- An understanding of Development Methodologies and their application in real world implementations;- Experience developing and implementing Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse solutions using: – Oracle 10G or higher; – Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and/or Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB); – Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE); and – Wherescape RED (optional).- Data integration experience (for example experience in the extraction and manipulation of data from multiple source systems into a single target system); and- Technical presales experience, preparing and presenting client demonstrations as part of the sales cycle.Non technical skills- Experience developing the technical components required for sales proposals; – Ability to work under pressure without supervision and deliver to project deadlines;- Good communication, facilitation, and client facing skills; and- A proactive attitude and a team player.Experience and qualifications- 3-5 years experience in industry or consulting implementing reporting solutions for performance and information management; and – A tertiary qualification specialising in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology is desirable.If you like working as part of a successful team in a dynamic, rapidly expanding company and this role is of interest to you, please apply by forwarding your CV through to careers@stellarconsulting.co.nz by the 5.00PM on Friday the 15th of July.
