Early Years qualified Teacher – to start as soon as possible!
Inquiry background is an advantage in either IPC or PYP or Cambridge CIPP. This person must be 4 years qualified for Indonesian regulations and must be a native English speaker.
The school are looking for a 4 year qualified, native English speaking teacher who has Early Years qualifications and experience. They should ideally also be experienced in teaching using the IPC, PYP or Cambridge CIPP.
This international school was established in 1967. It is one of the oldest and most well-known international schools in Jakarta. With the introduction of the world renowned International Primary Curriculum (IPC), children of all nationalities can now take advantage of the extraordinary educational experience the school has to offer. They offer a Dutch speaking as well as an English speaking pre-school and elementary school.
Salary dependent on qualifications and experience (between about 1332.50 Euros and 2373.14 Euros per month
Housing allowance
Return flights for 1 full year contract, for 6months contract only flight costs.
Medical for staff
Shipping Allowance at beginning and end of contract
Fees for staff children are 10% of normal fees.
As the cost of living in Indonesia is so much lower than in Australia or the UK, this salary allows staff to live very well in Indonesia and most have maids, drivers and cooks. Most of the staff fly to Bali at least once every term, others to Singapore or the wider Asia.
