We have an opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to join a great bunch of people in our OWD team.
Our team is responsible for leading, developing and delivering a wide range of development initiatives to build organisations outcomes and support the organisational culture and staff engagement.
You will possess:
- Experience in leadership development
- Experience in talent management processes
- The ability to coach managers and co-ordinate and manage the strategic Leadership Programme
The role will entail:
- Succession planning
- Evaluating the impact of a range of leadership interventions
- Supplier relationships.
