This is an exciting new management role, where the focus is on the growth of the St John brand footprint across our Northern Region. Working closely with the Regional General Manager and the Customers and Services Director, the Customers and Services Manager will play an integral part in delivering on the national strategic plan by increasing customer and stakeholder engagement in the work of St John across the Northern Region. Key to this role will be championing the customer view point across all services by coordinating customer leads and translating national strategies into regional delivery. Youll also be focussed on developing existing and new revenue streams to achieve regional income; managing and communicating objectives, timelines and budget against the agreed business plan; and recommending to, and reporting about, customer activity to the Regional Trust Board. The Customers and Services Manager will provide coaching, mentoring and support for managers within the regional Customers and Services portfolio and ensure that regular, productive meetings are held within the wider team that support member participation and engagement. The successful candidate will have previous marketing or sales experience; proven planning and project management ability; and the passion and drive to build a consistent customer service mindset within the health environment to support the achievement of required outcomes in all aspects of the portfolio.Applications Close: Monday, 8th August 2011
