Due to the significant growth we have experienced in the NZ market, we are seeking a hands on ambitious & experienced Field Service Supervisor/Manager who will grow and develop the NZ FSE team.
The ideal applicant for this position will be ready to grow into a Service Manger role within the near future.
The Field Service Engineer Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day APC service activities of the Field Service employees including, overall responsibility for the service delivery, customer satisfaction and motivation of the team toward achieving the operational and business goals.
The Field Service Engineer Supervisor will also be responsible if required for carrying out on site project supervision, commissioning, repairs, maintenance, and service to the complete range of APC products.
Main responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Managing APC field service team and APC service partners
- Representing APC service in dealing with customers, consultants, partners and resellers
- Onsite Field Service activities, commissioning, diagnosis and repairs
- Customer training, reporting and follow up
- Perform site evaluations, scheduled and unscheduled site visits
- Ensuring the proper execution of emergency/unscheduled maintenance escalation process
- Generating product and service sales leads, and overall service business development
- Field service team targets and budget achievements
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies, practices and procedures at all times
- Reviewing customer satisfaction result and providing necessary corrective action for continued improvement of service delivery.
The successful applicant will possess the following:
- Current NZ Electrical Practicing License or Air Conditioning and Refrigeration License
- Possess a clean Drivers License
- Post Trade Qualification
- At least 5 years electrical/electronic or mechanical field servicing industry experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in successfully managing small to medium teams
- Professional manner, excellent presentation and team spirit
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus
