You will drive growth through the provision of outstanding service and the development of lasting business relationships. Undertaking the full range of recruitment services, you will be responsible for candidate sourcing and assessment, relationship management and building and maintaining a profitable desk.About youYou are a high performance individual with energy and drive. You’re bright, have an appealing personality, you’re determined, results oriented and known for your persuasive charm. You are likely to be either:
- from within the recruitment industry
- a tertiary qualified HR Professional
- or you may have a background in supply chain/logistics/operations
Whatever your background, you will be commercially credible, have superb oral and written skills together with proven negotiation skills.
